Transportation

A private round trip transportation service is available to all wedding guests. A chauffeur will pick up guests upon arrival at Cancun International Airport and on departure at Planet Hollywood Cancun.

Hotel Shuttle

All airport shuttles must be booked by January 9, 2026. Please contact Celebration Smiles at (786) 704 - 1216. Upon arrival a NexusTours representative will be holding a sign with the words Sendy & Louis wedding. They will be standing outside of the airport building to direct you to the private air-conditioned vehicle. Uniform: Orange polo shirt and green pants

In-Flight

A Mexican Immigration Form and Customs Declaration Form will be distributed to you on the plane prior to arrival in Cancún. You will be required to complete this form and present it together with your passport and airline ticket upon your arrival in Cancún. Please ensure you complete the top and bottom section of the form. Your Immigration Card and passport will be stamped to make your arrival official. Please remember to keep the stamped Mexican Immigration Card after clearing customs, as YOU WILL NEED THIS TO RETURN HOME.

Please check you passport expiration dates! Your passport must have at least six months of validity beyond the dates of your trip. Some airlines will not allow you to board if this requirement is not met.
