How do I communicate while in Mexico?

Is there transportation to and from the hotel?

- Yes, shuttle transports are available to all guests at a cost. To book, contact Celebration Smiles using the details below.

What happens if I stay at the hotel, through another agency or directly on the hotel's website?

- If you book by other means than our wedding code, you will not have access to all our private events, that is why it is necessary to reserve with the wedding.

Can I bring my child(ren) or extra guests?

- Guests are welcome to bring their children and extra guests to stay at the hotel during the wedding celebrations. However, please note that only invited guests will be able to attend the wedding itself. It's important to mention that the hotel has a "KIDS CLUB" area where during the day where parents can leave the kids and hire a babysitting service in your room for the night. Guests who wish to hire a babysitting service for the wedding day, may request it upon arrival in the Concierge area or at the Kids Club. This service has additional charge. It doesn't apply to children under 1 year of age.
